As a G Suite admin, you easily manage which teachers and students are transferred from G Suite to COOL during installation. COOL automatically creates up-to-date user accounts and groups, so teachers are already assigned to their own groups the first time they log in. You can always add or remove users via G Suite, which auto-syncs with COOL and Google Classroom.

COOL is integrated with iSAMS and the Dutch MIS ParnasSys. In the future we will develop further integrations with other MIS systems. These integrations allow us to automate the process of creating accounts. If you’re not using iSAMS or ParnasSys, you can use your school’s G Suite for Education environment for automated account creation.

Yes, you can. You need to create a G Suite account, which we will sync with your Microsoft account. That way, the entire school can log in using their own Microsoft account.
You need to be a G Suite domain administrator to install COOL. Fill in the form on this page to download COOL. Next, go to the G Suite Marketplace, where you will see a wizard that explains how to install COOL. Select which teachers and students you want to transfer from Google Classroom to COOL. Later on, you can easily add or remove teachers and students in G Suite.
